Welcome to Standard Prep. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://standard-prep.com and any related services provided by Standard Prep, a service of 上海晓适教育科技有限公司 (Shanghai Xiaoshi Education Technology Co., Ltd.) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
1. Description of Service
Section titled “1. Description of Service”Standard Prep is an educational platform providing AI-driven preparation for exams such as TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, SAT, and DET. Our services include practice tests, AI-based grading, personalized feedback, and performance analytics.
2. Account Registration
Section titled “2. Account Registration”- You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You may register using third-party authentication services, such as Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
Section titled “3. Acceptable Use”You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Exploit, bypass, or interfere with any security features of the platform.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access, copy, or manipulate the platform or its AI grading systems.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI prompts underlying our platform.
- Share your account with others or exceed normal human usage. To prevent abuse, we maintain dynamic usage thresholds and reserve the right to temporarily rate-limit or suspend accounts that exhibit automated or abusive usage patterns.
4. Intellectual Property

Section titled “A. Our Content”The design, interface, algorithms, and original content on Standard Prep are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws.
B. Your Content
Section titled “B. Your Content”You retain ownership of the essays, audio recordings, and other inputs you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (including generating AI feedback).
5. Third-Party Services and AI Models
Section titled “5. Third-Party Services and AI Models”Our platform relies on third-party APIs (including Google Gemini and Google OAuth) to function. Your use of these integrated features is also subject to the respective terms and policies of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “6. Disclaimer of Warranties”The services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive to provide accurate AI feedback and scoring, we do not guarantee that our AI evaluations will perfectly match official exam scores. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “7. Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
