1. Cancellation Policy (Cancel Anytime)
Section titled “1. Cancellation Policy (Cancel Anytime)”You can cancel your Standard Prep subscription at any time. Cancellation means your subscription will not auto-renew. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to all Premium / Unlimited AI features until the end of your current billing cycle.
To cancel: You can manage your subscription and cancel directly from your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Section titled “2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee”We stand behind the quality of our AI-powered preparation tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
Note on auto-renewals: We generally do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. We will send a reminder email before your subscription renews. Please ensure you cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.
3. Merchant of Record
Section titled “3. Merchant of Record”Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.
